The developer invited Beere Timber Company to provide a full range of building materials for this Beach Resort & Spa in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico.

Our involvement included:

  • In-depth consultation, scoping, sourcing and transportation services
  • Extensive materials supply, including:
    • Forming lumber, plywood, hardware and nails
    • Custom-cut Coastal Western Red Cedar architectural timber
    • Interior & exterior doors and hardware
    • General Electric appliances

Our transportation and logistics expertise, together with our knowledge of Canadian Food Inspection Agency requirements and our fluency communicating in Spanish assured that all requirements were met and that materials were packed, loaded and safely transported.
