THE BOATHOUSE RESTAURANT

Omicron invited Beere Timber Company to collaborate with them on building the seventh location of Vancouver's Boathouse Restaurant chain, located on the water at picturesque Rocky Point Park in Port Moody, BC.

Our involvement included:

• In-depth consultation, scoping, sourcing and transportation services
• Extensive materials supply, including:
  • 3-D model of final design
  • Shop drawings for individual timber and steel joinery solutions
  • Full timber framing package featuring custom cut, kiln-dried Coastal Douglas Fir
  • Coastal Douglas Fir posts, beams, trusses and joists, custom cut with a band sawn finish
  • Gluelam – rustic wire brush finish
  • Tongue and groove roof decking
  • Engineered wood floor
  • Matte powder-coated steel connections
• All pieces labeled and keyed to the plan, then packed, transported and delivered to build site
