BC WOOD
BC Wood is a not-for-profit trade association that has represented British Columbia's value-added wood products industry for over 20 years. BC Wood's mandate is to assist BC's secondary wood product manufacturers to grow faster by helping them access and exploit markets they would not otherwise enter.
CANADA GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL
The Canada Green Building Council is a coalition of leaders from across Canada building industry that works to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and to work.
Council members work together to develop LEED® products and resources, the Greenbuild annual International Conference and Expo, policy guidance, and educational and marketing tools that support the adoption of sustainable building. They also ally with industry and research organizations and all branches of government to transform the building industry.
TIMBER FRAMERS' GUILD
The Timber Framers’ Guild is a non-profit, educational society dedicated to teaching and promoting the centuries-old art and craft of timber framing.
The Guild conducts training programs for timber framers, disseminates information about timber framing and timber frame building design, displays the art of timber framing to the public, and serves as a hub of timber-framing information, both for industry professionals and the general public.
TIMBER FRAME BUSINESS COUNCIL
The Timber Frame Business Council is a nonprofit organization providing information and resources to support and strengthen the timber frame industry. We not only serve our members but seek to provide those interested in owning a timber frame home realize their dream as well as provide builders and contractors with information on the building process.
Our Mission Statement says it all: To strengthen the timber framing industry through professional and public outreach, professional development, education, and major industry initiatives.
